Undo Send
Implement a 'send email delay' when you press Send button it does not send email immediately, just with a slight 5 to 10 second delay, or ability to cancel sending an email after I press Send button.
Just like Google has in its Gmail.

I would love to have the ability to set a specific send date/time when a composed email would be sent to the receipient. Like a scheduler for emails.

https://twitter.com/ProtonMail/status/1339568131388354562?s=20 you mention this. Given that the feature already exists, it makes sense to be able to calibrate the delay amount (in s) depending on an individual's preference. Thank you.

Would it be possible to make this 5-second period a variable time that can be adjusted individually in the settings? If you could implement that, it would be brilliant!

It would be nice to schedule an outgoing mail for a time like next business morning to be respectful of non-working hours. Both Outlook and Gmail have this feature. Thanks!

Its minor but the ability to type an email and have it be sent later would be a great addition to your services.

When I press sent, just wait 20 seconds before really sending the mail. And give me the option to hold the mail and make changes, and then let me sent it again. In Gmail this option saved me a lot of embarrassing moments.

Well.
1. Re: Scheduled send
It is “a nice to have“ feature but it is well possible to live without it.2. Re: Delayed send
If really a remarkable number of users calls for it, and even calls it important, and you do not have any other productive tasks ;) – of course, implement it, BUT PLEASE, JUST AS A OPT-IN. From my point of view, it is something extremely annoying, lowering the productivity, almost a deal-break. Simply, I do not have time to waste and I am accustomed to a simple fact that when working with a computer, it is necessary to think before hitting the keyboard :)Not to forget – thanks to ProtonMail team for the excellent work.

Will the planed feature encompass a schedule-this-e-mail feature?

I vote for this feature too, loudly :)
William Porter, I think that fulltext search is against the proclamation, that event protonmail itself is not able to read the deciphered content of the users, and as the ciphers and hashes work for the text as a whole, not just the simple words, it is not possible to search. Not to mention the advanced search techniques considering the mistypes and parts of the words.

This is a great feature and not having it is actually preventing some of my friends to move over to a paid version of proton..
When is this due to be implemented? Surely it would have made it to the top of the priorities list after 5 years... if you will not implement, please remove the planned tag as it is misleading...

This would be very useful. I often send an email but immediately think of something I want to change or a reason to wait before sending, so an undo send feature for 30 seconds would be helpful.

I hope you can implement this option soon. Thank you.

I recently migrated all my domains to Protonmail, and the only real feature I miss is being able to schedule an e-mail in the future. Please add this feature!

Have a schedule function for an email to be sent on a future date.

I just sent a half completed email by accident, googled "undo send protonmail", and here I am.

Even bigger delays would be nice: send an email after 3 or 6 months if no sign of life prevents it.
