I have been requesting this for a very long time via ticket. I have some aliases that I want to delete but I hesitate to ask support as I can't risk them deleting the wrong alias (my aliases have similar names). Deleting the wrong alias would be catastrophic as I can't replace it and I would be locked out of a bunch of critical things. I really need a way to delete obsolete aliases by myself. Please forward this to the appropriate team, it is important.

i didn't send any deactivation request so how did proton mail email administrator send me a message " Our server received a deactivation request from your account".
however, when i clicked on the button "cancel Deactivation request" it open in a new window. then i fill up the following form and then after completion, whenever i clicked on "Upgrade now" it shows 404 error File not found.
Can you tell me why this gonna happens?
how can i recover this?this occurs for my account which is specified below:
