Mailing Groups
Add contact tags for quicker message composition. Similar to mailing groups, but not for mass emailing. It is for sending to small groups.

Mailing Groups / Lists. I need to be able to create <entry-point>@my-domain.com for services and contact lists so that folks can engage with my business without having to know folks by name first (e.g. hello@my-business.com or bills@my-business.com).

This seems like a significant barrier for people looking to migrate from Google Workspace.

Can you please enable e-mails to be sent to more than 25 recipients at one time or create a group of contacts?

This is what is holding me back from upgrading and using protonmail as my main email server. Still using gmail as well and that is anooying to have to have two emails or more.

Introduce Mailing Groups, like the old Yahoo Groups or Google Groups. In other words, an administered Mailing list, that People can subscribe to, and an associated protonmail address that can be written to, and all users receive the E-Mail. No Need for all the shared storage and the other stuff, just a Mailing list.
Other Providers like Yahoo or Google require the members to have a Yahoo or Google account respectively, they are not provider-agnostic. ProtonMail could differentiate itself by allowing People from different E-Mail Providers to sign up to the Mailing Group.
There could be i.e. a free Option up to X users or Y e-mails a month, and paid Options for large mass emailing.

Exactly... I need to email my board of directors all the time. I get tired of inputting the email addresses separately and counting them like I am counting reindeer. It gets old really fast.

Agreed. I have small groups I communicate with regularly and having a list would save much time.
