Open the next email automatically after deleting or moving the first one
When I delete a message I want to go directly to the next email, instead of going to the inbox and then click the next email.
This feature is a simple one, but when you have to read a lot of emails it saves a lot of time.
It is available both in Gmail and Yahoo.
Thank you for your attention.

Work on this feature has started, beginning with iOS availability.

I can't believe there aren't a ton of votes on this. When in webmail I use the delete key on the menu bar to delete the current message I am viewing. Then I need to click on the next message I want to view, and repeat the process for all unread messages. Such a pain!!

I was just about to suggest this feature

I strongly agree, in either mode, after you delete an email, it doesnt go to the next email, you have to click on the next email to open it, instead of it just displaying automatically.

Is anyone from Protonmail reading this? This is a necessary feature. Please implement it, or, if it is already available, tell us how to turn it on.

Just change the interface so you can view emails to the left and the actual emails to the right.

I am not moving completely on protonmail because of the absence of this feature.
Please implement it, it really save a lot of time!

If I have 20 emails to read, I want to just kick 1 button to read the next email. Instead of clicking back to the main page, then going back the 2nd email, and on and on. Gmail has this.

Currently after I delete the email I am reading, I am returned to the inbox where I must bring up the next email I want to read. Instead, the next email in the queue should appear automatically after I delete the email I'm currently reading.

A feature whereby you automatically advance to the next message after deleting or archiving a message.

When I clicked "Move to Trash/Inbox/Spam" it show me "0 elements selected". This is useless.
It would be better to auto select next mail so I don't have to select it every time. I need this because I check all my Archived mails and throw trash what I don't need anymore.

This feature is so basic that I thought I was missing something when I started using protonmail.
Please, it's not tough to do it and it saves a LOT of time. -

When cherry-picking inbox messages one wants to return to the inbox after every "trash" of a message.
However, when processing a number of inbox messages in a row, it is a waste of time (and server cpu and bandwidth) to return to the inbox every time. In that case, one wants go to the next message directly instead of having to go through the inbox.Solution:
Have 2 Trash buttons on the user interface:
"Trash, Next Message" & "Trash, Inbox" which would give you complete flexibility to choose where you wanted to go to next after the delete.Alternatively, there could be an option in the settings, but that would mean that you would have to change it every time. It would be better to have the choice with every message.
