IMAP & POP should not be provided
IMAP and POP should not be provided as then the whole purpose of end to end encryption will fail
IMAP will be an option feature we will be adding in the future. This feature will maintain the end-to-end encryption ProtonMail is built on.

I think IMAP AND POP3 both should be implemented because with the right programming end to end encryption still could be maintained as the message would be passed on to us thru what we use (outlook, etc) once it is decrypted thru the servers. There is always a way in this day and age. I don't like having to login a webpage to get my mail or having to try to read it on my little phone screen. I prefer getting it thru Microsoft outlook 2016 or Thunderbird program, makes it a lot easier. This should be available in the FREE edition also.

AA, please describe specifically which part of the feature they haven't even implemented yet compromises the security of ProtonMail. I"ll wait.
