I agree. I use Protonmail for business operations and can not forward client emails to Zendesk Support. This is shit.

Want to use protonmail to get rid of GSuite for Business, tho the lack of email forwarding is the only feature holding me back.

What if a user wants to leave ProtonMail? What if a user in my Custom Domain wants to move their email somewhere else? How do I forward email from ProtonMail in that situation?

YES! This would be very helpful.

The main reason I am not signing up for your service is because there isn't email forwarding (or new email alerts) to other addresses (not just Proton addresses).
I don't expect many emails to the account I want, but, need to know about them ASAP.

current filter actions are: Apply Labels, Move To and Mark As.
I would like to see Forward To action that forwards the mail to a choosen e-mailaddress. This way it works together with other systems like Zapier and Todoist.
