Option to disable spam filter
Spam filtering options need to include the ability to whitelist entire domains, such as @example.com. Additionally a disable spam filter option would be excellent. A work around for adding a dedicated button might be a double wildcard whitelist: *@. Thank you.

I agree completely. I never get spam but important mail often end up in the spam folder. This is a very simple feature to implement and we shouldn't have to wait two years for it. Protonmail ought to realize that because they cannot analyze the e-mail of their users, their spam filter can never be on par with providers that do.

Please don't try to compete with Gmail in terms of filtering spam. Let ME decide which senders I want to block.
I have been missing important emails because ProtonMail drops them into spam. It is annoying. Just give me the option to turn it off. Why would you not give me that option? If your feature is faulty, don't force it on your users. Let them decide.
Other than that, I really appreciate ProtonMail and I want you guys to keep making it better.
Thanks!

I was wondering if you could provide an unsubscribe feature for Protonmail spam?

Why force it? I only get false mails in spam and then don‘t notice them. Let us decide if we want it.

Yes, please add the option to deactivate the spam filter. It's not smart it's annoying.

You mean not have any mail automatically considered spam? Yes, I want to be able to do that. I want all incoming mail in my inbox because I would rather manually filter the spam than miss an important message.

I would like to have the freedom to choose whether to enable or disable the spam filter. Other services, such as gmail, leave the choice to the user.

imho, this is a must have for a paid email Service, that claims itself to be open and community orientated.

Definitely wish we could disable the spam filter - I pay for 3rd party spam filtering that I think works a bit better.

This can be achieved by checking "Move To" and selecting Inbox or Archive, or any other folder except for Spam.
Another method would be to add the sender(s) to the spam white list (if the filter is based on the sender's address).
I don't know which of the two takes precedence (filtering or white/black listing), but setting both should put your mind at rest.
