This allows you to send email to a group of recipients.

I just signed up and discovered this significant missing feature. Do the PMs acknowledge this "user voice" feedback?

This feature is absolutely essential for organizational use. Every other organizational email system has had it for 25 years.

This is a critical feature for any business email system. Not having it has stopped us from using Proton as our business mail system.
As mentioned by others, the paucity of votes for this feature is surprising. Probably because business users do not select a vendor and then ask for features, rather compare different products on the basis of their existing fit.
There seems to be other requests for this feature that uses different words, such as "Group email addresses accessible by multiple users".
I assume Proton aggregates these requests to tally the total votes.

This is preventing us from switching our business email with about 15 users to ProtonMail as well. This seems like an easy feature to implement. At the very least could you implement a distribution list for users within the ProtonMail account organization? I mean for the people within the company who are all receiving emails in ProtonMail.

Unacceptable that this feature doesn’t exist

This thread has been going on for almost 4 years(!), not a word from any ProtonMail staff. Even though I really do like their mail service, they really don't seem to care about their users.

Lack of this feature (e.g. support@example.com goes to my support team members) prevents me from switching from GSuite / Google workspace.

Comment, dans la rédaction d'un mail, accéder aux adresses d'une liste de distribution ? Je ne peux accéder qu'à la liste de tous les contacts.
D'autre part, le tutioral n'existe-t-il pas en français?
Merci de votre réponse

How does a paid, professional email service not have this feature from the outset?

Seems like an essential feature for corporate usage, where multiple addresses should be notified of e.g. legal, privacy, or financial matters relevant to their jobs.

I don't see why you are missing this feature. How can you not provide us the ability to have "support@yourdomain.com" go to more than one recipient?

Yes! Strong lack of Distributed mail groups.

I am a new user and expected this feature to be available. I'm not a spammer but I do have to send e-mail to a group of 11 people regularly. I really need this feature.

Had to use gmail today instead of ProtonMail because of no distribution list in protonmail

If this feature exists, I haven't been able to find it.
In my company, there is a product support group. When a client needs product support, they send an email to support@mydomain.com. When an email is received from that account I need it distributed to a list of recipients in my contacts list. In this way, I can make sure that all support technicians receive and can interact with the same email support request.

Please create the option to have an inbound email distribution list, e.g. family@domain.com forwards email to multiple inboxes. Basically what gmail is doing with groups.
family@domain.com -> father@domain.com, mother@domain.com, kid@domain.com.
Thank you

I agree wholeheartedly with this request. This is a feature I use often in my business.
