Swipe to next/previous email on Android
I think a nice feature to have which is already seen in at least the gmail app on Android is the ability to swipe to the next/previous mail while reading. Say I'm reading my email's and I want to read the next one. The way I have to do this now is by pressing back and then opening the next mail. It would be a lot more comfortable to be able to just swipe from left to right to read the next mail or swipe from right to left to read the previous one.

Agree, browsing emails is really tedious. A quick fix (at least UX-wise, i.e. not requiring to add extra buttons) would be to allow swiping the subject area left or right to browse emails.

This would be a great feature as it has been available on other email platforms. I really miss having this, so much quicker.

I would also like to be able to delete an email while viewing it and not return to the inbox list, but have the next email be available

Definitely need this! It's cumbersome to have to go back and forth through every email.

I would like to have a way, to quickly go through my inbox, looking at the content and with one “action” jumping to the next email.
On mobile, this could be swiping left for the next email and right for the previous one.
On the website, the arrow keys up and down would probably be fitting.

On my mobile (Android) app, I can customize what swipe left/right will do on the first page that lists all my emails, but I don't have a way to tell it what to do when I swipe left/right when I am in an email. There should be a way for me to be able to swipe left to go to the previous email and right to go to the next email. The way it is now, I have to go back to the email list and then open the next email and it feels slow and cumbersome.

It is one of my most wanted features for the mobile app.
As I usually use the app to read emails, it is really annoying to go back to the email list and select the next email. -

In the Proton-PhoneApp I have to tap on it to read, then back out again, then on another email (even if right next to it) that's more than in gMail to get to the next email: there you can simply swipe left/right for the next email. Why not make migrating easier and copy good, essential functions from them?
