Sync contacts, calendars, and notes with native mobile apps
To sync with your cell phone and email - iphone calendar, contacts, and notes.
ProtonMail offers encrypted contacts for both web and mobile applications (https://protonmail.com/blog/encrypted-contacts-manager/). Calendar and note functionality will be released in the future.

We NEED the calendar for iOS. Like we need it yesterday. I have been a supporter since the early days, but we cannot use the product without a iOS calendar app.

Hello ProtonTeam, Is there an update on the Notes feature? A projected date when beta users can at least start to test?
As a paid user, it makes it difficult to justify continuing paying for services when there is little communication on items that are requested. ProtonMail has done many wonderful things in the last few years, but the basic requests seemed to be continuously put after an urgent/flashy request is made.
Thank you for continuing your efforts to make privacy available to all.

No way how to use the contacts on the phone see who is calling? Thats not a good implementation. As you said, privacy should be part of the product on the background not obstructing basic functions, but at this moment, we are missing the basic functions. As a paying of the Pro tier, I must say I expected this to be implemented already.
So is there a roadmap when we can expect contacts useful with phones, notes and calendar?

Please get the note functionality added! Currently using draft emails but that doesn't work well. Just get something basic added ASAP that you can add functionality to later. This is a key aspect of an enclosed ecosystem of infosec.

Using Proton Calendar on IOS would be enormously helpful!

The functionality provided by the app is not what is needed.
What is needed is syncing with phone contacts and calendars. -

I would like to see some sort of basic office suite, as well. Noticed I am not the only one interested. That would be worth paying for.

Is the contact going (is already) working to sync contacts with the phone? I would like to completely drop the contacts in the google account, but when I add another contact I have no option to add it to the protonmail contact list.
Thanks!

As a paying customer I was just a little disappointed learning that there was no calendar for IOS only Android? An IOS calendar would make the migration process a whole lot simpler. So I really hope for an IOS calendar function arriving soon. + notes. :)

I would like to see notes in my email client. It would be a great feature, better than sending myself an email so I can read something small (like a note) on another machine.

I agree, we need to get away from big tech and Protonmail is a good start. Calender and notes would be a big help.

I was about to upgrade (and pay for it), until I saw no Calendar.
You're hurting yourself by not offering a more comprehensive "office suite," to include Calendar, To-Do List, in addition to Contacts.
I'm looking for an alternative to USA-based Big Tech. MAGA (Microsoft/Apple/Google/Amazon) is not only invasive, they surveille and censor. Proton could become the platform of choice for concerned US citizens. Offer social media to compete with Twitter and you will profit greatly. -

I would like a secure Notes app similar to Google Keep.

Will the new Calendar and contact information be able to integrate with MS Outlook?
