Customize keyboard shortcut to send message to trash
It would be nice to be able to specify which key sends a message to the trash. In Outlook, I'm used to hitting the Delete key to delete a message, and I'd like to be able to do that instead of use T.

I'd like to be able to select one or more e-mails and delete them using the “delete” key on the keyboard.

With all messages in the Trash folder selected, the use of the "T" shortcut key will "move" all messages to the Trash folder - where the messages already are.
It would be nice if the use of the "T" shortcut key would offer to empty the trash instead in such a case where one is in the Trash folder.

This would be very convenient, although it should be something you ought to be able to enable/disable in Settings.

I don't think I've ever seen an online email interface that doesn't support this. It's almost like it's a conscious decision but I can't think of a reason why.

I would be very nice (and more user friendly) to allow the user to delete his/her emails using the DELETE button from the keyboard.
