Add gesture support to ProtonMail Desktop App for improved navigation and usability
The ProtonMail desktop application currently lacks support for touchpad gestures. Adding basic gesture functionality, similar to what is available in the ProtonMail web interface, would provide a nice quality-of-life improvement for users with gesture-enabled touchpads.
For expample, adding a two-finger swipe gesture to go back to the inbox view from an open email. This would allow users to seamlessly navigate between individual emails and their inbox without having to reach for navigation buttons.
I believe this would be a relatively straightforward feature to implement that would meaningfully enhance the usability and feel of the ProtonMail desktop app for many users.

I won't use the app until I can swipe to go back from an email to my inbox

In particular, starting with simple gesture as 'swipe to delete' ! The only reason I am not switching to the ProtonMail app, is that it is inefficient to delete fast emails
