Hello everyone, I have a huge problem with proton, if anyone can really tell me how to solve it, I would be very grateful. The bottom line is this: I registered with proton a couple of weeks ago, and then during those two weeks I registered a couple more accounts with proton. He didn't commit any malicious actions, no illegal emails, spam mailings, or anything like that. I need these accounts for my work. So, 2 days ago I tried to log in to these accounts, they were all blocked with the wording: "This account was restricted by an automated abuse protection system. Learn more: https://proton.me/blog...abuse-account-security . If you think this is a mistake, please contact us." I wrote them a message, and received a reply saying that you violated our rules, multiaccounting, it could undermine our business reputation, and so on. They wrote that your accounts remain blocked. What to do? I need this mail for work.
