Trigger Email Expiration After Sent
I accidentally forgot to change the date for an expiration email, and now sensitive information is floating online for a longer duration than I wanted. I want to be able to trigger expiration manually. Another problem this solves could be sending it to the wrong person. Another problem this solves is if you only want the information up there until the person downloads it, and you don't want it just sitting there.
I tried deleting the Sent mail permanently, and that didn't do anything. The message link and password still worked. This is unexpected behavior, since now I personally don't have the link in my sending account, and the "recipient" (i.e. hacker of recipient's inbox or just the wrong email address) has free reign.
Another way to address this is to have a setting to leave the date and time "blank", so we are always prompted to input the date and time to minimize this error. I still believe the best solution is still allowing us to destroy the link to our message on-demand. It's like you accidentally shared a Drive folder and now the person can do whatever for the default period you have no control over. This is a huge security risk.
