Restore Deleted Items From Trash to Where They Were Deleted From
I accidentally deleted my entire inbox today, thinking it was spam. I was unable to cancel the operation so after some time I was hoping to be able to just restore my messages from trash. I needed to move files from trash, to archive, and then from archive to inbox. I may have missed the option in my haste, but I did not see a restore option, and think that would be highly valuable if it does not already exist.

Replace "Can't find what you're looking for? Include Spam/Trash." with a button
That line of text is distracting and could easily be replaced by a button which would be neater.

Set and remember desktop app update configuration (auto vs manual)
Please create an app setting that Remembers my choice to EITHER auto update without my confirmation OR to check manually and update later. Also please have the setting ask and remember whether or not I want a desktop icon. Many people like a mass of desktop icons, but many don't.

landscape typing mode for android
Please make it possible to use landscape mode for typing on the android app. This used to be a feature but is no longer. I saw this request has already been made when I searched on my phone, but cannot find it anymore, so I'm adding it as a new request.

Monitoring for ProtonMail onion service
The ProtonMail onion service is a great resource to have. However occasionally I am unable to connect to it and instead receive an error of 'Onionsite not found', a timeout or similar despite requesting a new identity in Tor Browser which implies it is having an outage. In those cases the clearnet version of ProtonMail is functional and status.proton.me does not show any issues.
Guessing the status page infrastructure does not monitor the onion service? This should be rectified.

Les alias sont une fonctionnalité essentielle de Protonmail plus!
Avant on pouvait depuis protonpass sur protonmail crééer autant d'alias que l'on voulait sur simplelogin.
Du jour au lendemain ce n'est plus possible.
Je trouve que ce n'est pas juste du tout!
Ou alors ajouter cette option pour 1,- par mois aux utilisateurs Protonmail plus!

SimpleLogin reverse alias formatting in ProtonMail Android app
The ProtonMail web app lets you send emails using the formatted SimpleLogin reverse alias, for example "Proton | contact at proton.me" <uuid@simplelogin.co>. This is the format that you get when you copy a reverse alias from the SimpleLogin Android app.
This makes it much easier to keep track of who your emails were sent to, rather than just having uuid@simplelogin.co.
The Android app doesn't let you send emails using the formatted reverse alias, and it would be great to see this fixed so we can easily identify the recipient of an email, even if we're using the…

expiration
I'm not using encryption on Protonmail and upsettingly have to buy a Egress because I need the expired sent emails to still be visible to me (and potentially resent when prompted by my clients).
it would be great if Protonmail could store the expired sent emails in a folder instead of deleting them automatically after only 28days!

Add more dates to a contact
I would like to expand the "Birthday" date field to be a general "Important Dates" category to which you can add an arbitrary number of dates and names for those dates. You could have "Birthday" and/or "Wedding Anniversary" or whatever other dates people wanted to use.

easy switch
Easy switch, tried hate it! i like to have everything organised, in separate folders, so please is it possible when using easy switch to have option Create folder for this account and then all emails will show in this folder and subfolders not in general inbox? PLEASE!!!

Better "Spam, block, and allow lists"
The current UI/UX for the "Spam, block, and allow lists" make it very difficult to manage them as the lists grow over time. We urgently need a more streamlined and easier way to manage those lists.
For instance, my Spam list is currently 32 pages long, while my Block and Allow lists are 6 and 12 pages long, respectively, with multiple email addresses on the Spam list already covered, on a domain level, on the Block list.

Using Android with a Brave BrowserUse case: update the folder name
Issue:
The "save" link at the top of the screen is less prominent than the bright "Delete Folder" CTA at the bottom.On selecting the "Delete Folder" button the folder was deleted without an "are you sure" screen.
Suggestion(s) Make the update button more prominent and add an "are you sure" screen to the delete button

Display receiver alias in BCC mails
When receiving BCC-only email to an alias, the alias is not displayed in the TO field of the Web UI. Instead it just says "Undisclosed Recipients".

Make App Accessiblitly Features Work
The Mail App accessibility settings to do not appear to work on Linux, Debian: (a) the window does not fit on the screen and cannot be reduced; (b) font size settings (very large) and scroll bars are lost when switching to Inbox.

Add ability to unsubscribe in Android app
Currently, you have a mechanism for unsubscribing to newsletters from the website; however, this functionality is missing from the mobile app for Android. It would be a great fix to be able to unsubscribe from the phone instead of having to remember to do it when I am back at my computer.

Provide a log of forwarded email
A simple log in the email settings context that can show the email (not the whole email) just the msg details - sender, recipient, forwarding target, date/time, etc in a simple 1-line format - would be extremely helpful for those of us managing many user boxes and addresses and needing to be able to know/prove if an email arriving has indeed been forwarded to a foreign box.

Manuel add/select excluded "my addresses" / Mail accounts from "All Mails"
Manual add/select which email accounts (“my addresses”) should be excluded from all mails. At the moment we can only select “excluded spam and trash” from all mails. It would be nice if we can manual add or select also other mail addresses found under “my addresses”. For example if I have an auto forward rule, I do not want to see the mail in all mails. I have created a folder and added a filter/rule to move those mails to a specific folder because I do not want to see them every time. Would be great to add this function…

Collapse nested folders on Android app
Please allow us to collapse nested folders on the Android mail app. Currently they are permanently maximized, defeating the purpose of nesting. Move any message back to inbox (not just spam)
Sometimes I miss file and I want to move a message directly back to my inbox. Right now you have a feature to move from Spam to inbox. Just make it more generic, from any folder back to inbox.

Allow screenshots of an email
With the new version 4.0.13 of protonmail Android, we can't take screenshot of a mail content to share it to another application. This is annoying because i sometimes want to share an information with a friend via social networks or any chat application using screenshots.
It would be nice to allow to take screenshots of a particular mail (like the print menu) when the user wants to.
