Email templates
It would be nice if you could store email templates for standard email replies like in MS Outlook

A must have feature what should be Protonmail online. That prevents me from using the online version. This why still dependent on local email clients.
Come on Proton, this is easy to implement feature. A quick win.

It would be great if we were able to create email templates, which can be easily added to an email, similar to how you can with Gmail.
I migrated from Gmail to Proton recently and was surprised, and quite sad, that this doesn't exist already.
It looks like it's been highly requested for quite some time too...

Still waiting for this feature to be implemented! It's been requested since 2017 and almost every other email platform and social medias (ie: Instagram for business) already have this feature.
ProtonMail needs to be more Business friendly for sure!

I have 5 categories of clients that I used a template heading for their emails. This saved an enormous amount of time when responding to them.

I completely agree. I send standard emails on a routine basis, and having a template that I could access and simply populate addressees would be of tremendous value. More generally, it would be great if ProtonMail would put more emphasis on including more business friendly features in the application.

Please add the option to removed the indent when replying to or forwarding an email. I resend emails all the time and would like to remove that. Or add the option to create emails I can save and reuse over and over again without having to copy and paste or forward.

I need this feature as I work across multiple organizations that make templates necessary for time efficiency. I look forward to this feature real soon!

Important part of moving from another service to Protonmail is notifying people, especially key contacts. Personal e-mail outreach, which would likely be mostly the same text. Perfect case where templates would be helpful.

Yes this would be very helpful for sending out emails with certain formatting, attached files, etc.

The ability to save a Draft email as a Template.
For example - I'm applying for jobs, I spend a lot of time on the phone, I want a simple email to send my current CV to each person I talk to (instead of re-type the same thing each time). I'd love a template where I can just fill in the recipient`s address and hit send.

I need this feature, too. It's super annoying that when I copy and paste it attaches the email. Even after I delete the attachment, it is still attached which leaves an attachment of the basic template. This looks very unprofessional. It takes forever to type the emails.

I am a representative for a large biological (human tissue) company. I am sending essentially the same email to all of my contacts. The only thing that is really different is the name in which the email is addressed to. It would streamline everything if there were a mode in which I could select in which it would initiate a macro that would only ask for the variables (Email address and name), but of course keep the option to tweak an email.

As a small business user thinking of moving across to Protonmail, I'd +1 for email templates too!
