Create a Qt-based Linux app, or make the GNOME app look better on KDE
The GNOME-based app doesn't look very good on KDE Plasma. Given how popular Plasma is, it's fair to expect some integration.

That’s a good idea. If there’s a choice, I always prefer Qt-based apps. Largely because, in my experience, they almost always look more stylish, feel higher quality, and are more feature-rich than GTK alternatives. I don’t know what that’s due to, but that’s been my experience. I almost always choose Qt apps and end up with the most pleasant user experience. I was very disappointed when I saw the official ProtonVPN client on GTK. On my system it doesn’t look very nice, it doesn’t blend well with the other apps, and it runs slower than I’d like.

As a KDE user, I would be very happy if the official ProtonVPN client were rewritten in Qt. For the past two years, I've been watching how various Linux applications switch from GTK to Qt every month. Many developers say that Qt is much more efficient and convenient for creating interfaces. Recently, I started learning C++ and saw this for myself when I tried to create a simple application in GTK and Qt. The future lies with Qt; there’s no doubt about that.
