Disable certain States

We need a way to disable VPN from connecting to servers in certain States such as Arizona, Georgia, or Texas which have restrictive internet laws.

    I'm in the south this week, and it's obnoxious how I keep getting connected to Georgia. My only workaround seems to be to create a profile entry, select a specific server in a different state, and hope that server isn't overloaded. If it is, pick a different server and try again.

    Oh boy, balkanization of the Internet so those of us ruled by Republicans have even LESS access to the free flow of information! BOY HOWDY
