Set Advanced Kill-Switch via CLI
Currently, the only method of enabling the advanced kill-switch is via the GUI app. The CLI tool offers only "standard" or "off". Anyone preferring the advanced kill-switch over standard must use the GUI app, which is particularly frustrating when connecting to networks with a captive portal.
