For Windows, I would like to request the following additions to the Proton VPN command-line interface (CLI):

Connection control: CLI commands to connect and disconnect.

CLI Split tunneling management: The ability to add, check, or uncheck applications for exclusion mode via the command line.

Use case: This would allow users to script and automate tasks on their computers that require the VPN to be temporarily bypassed.
