1. Align Proton VPN versions on Google Play and F-Droid

   Currently, Google Play offers the user version 5.11.94.0 (2025-06-06) for installation. At the same time, F-Droid offers version 5.11.39.1 (2025-06-11). I propose to align the versions available in these app stores.

3. MacOS App: window with servers list

   The interface has changed slightly since the last update. The window with server list is too small, and it can't be resized. This is inconvenient. Please add the option to resize it.

4. When you connect using the Linux command line indicate server load automatically

   When you connect to ProtonVPN using the command line your new IP is is played but you don't know your server load unless you type in protonvpn status, if you use the GUI you find out about the server load automatically, I want to propose the server load is displayed automatically every time you connect to ProtonVPN using the Linux command line along with usual assigned IP.

5. Dedicated IP for personal plans

   It is an option for business users and would be a nice add for home users. My wife is sick of all the capchas and blocked sites from the VPN. I have been using Proton mail since 2019 and the unlimited since last year. Had to switch back to mail only until you add the dedicated ip to home users at a reasonable cost.

6. Cidr Notation for split tunneling

   I currently have multiple subnets, and adding every single host I'd need a split tunnel is impractical. By allowing CIDR notation on the configs, we could allow 10.0.3.0/24 and have a whole slice of the network bypass the VPN.

   As a plus, adding a per-network switch possibility would avoid my 10.0.1.1 (for instance) to be allowed without a VPN on public WiFi, for instance (which ties nicely to the "trusted networks" feature request)

7. Split-Tunneling App List

   The current implementation of Split-Tunneling is good but I ran into a problem adding XBOX GamePass Games to it because the folder permissions does not allow Proton to open the .exe Files. I tried it by adding access rights for my user and for administrators but it still does not work.

   My feature suggestion: Add a list of installed or currently running apps that we can easily select for split tunneling.
   Or maybe a seperate Feature to add all XBOX App/GamePass Games to the exclusion

8. VPN icon right mouse menu

   Instead of "Connect" and "Disconnect" options in the R-mouse menu, have one "Connect" option for each defined Profile, plus "Disconnect". No need to open full app to change connection.

10. Make Proton VPN app and CLI work with bridged or teamed network cards

    Bridged or teamed network cards are not an unusual or exotic configuration; you use them if you have more than one NIC in your PC and want to use them efficiently, and some virtual machine software (such as Fedora libvirt) require that VM guests use bridged network connections on the host if you want those VM guests to act as independent entities on the local network.
    The current Proton VPN app and CLI fail to connect and actually bring down the PC's network on Linux Fedora (44) if that PC has a network bridge.
    The current workaround is to download a Wireguard or OpenVPN configuration file provided at the Proton VPN website and load that into the network manager (https://protonvpn.com/support/wireguard-configurations). This works fine, but it would be better if the app and CLI worked properly too.
    This bridging/teaming issue may affect Proton VPN on Windows or MacOS too, but I haven't tested these.

    (1) Stop INTENTIONALLY BROADCASTING your customers digital identity to SCREENGRABBERS on the Proton VPN splashscreen under the false gaslighting heading "Protecting Your Digital Identity", which you do every single time we change our IP addresses! (2) And find the GOVERNMENT MOLE(s) in Proton who got this EXTREME and OBVIOUS privacy violation designed and implemented in the first place!

    Edit: How has fixing this critical vulnerability not gotten anymore votes by now? If someone doesn't understand what vulnerability I'm talking about, then feel free to ask me. I'll be happy to explain it further.

    Proton VPN is visibly displaying your true IP right now every single time you switch your VPN server. This should concern everyone.

14. Add a "Change Server" Option Before Connection on Windows

    In the free plan, Proton VPN provides access to servers in 10 countries and automatically connects to the fastest available server.

    On Android, while the app is attempting to connect, a "Change Server" option appears every few seconds, allowing users to switch to another server before a connection is established. This is very useful when the selected server is unreachable or blocked.

    However, on the Windows version, the "Change Server" option only becomes available after a successful connection. If the selected server cannot be reached, users may get stuck trying to connect and have no way to switch servers.

    Please add a "Change Server" button to the Windows app before a connection is established, similar to the Android version. This would improve usability and help users connect more reliably when some servers are unavailable.

15. ProtonVPN Extension Login Change

    When you login into the ProtonVPN Extension it would be better if it did not log into all other Proton services (Mail, Drive etc.) on the web. If you're only using that.

    It should only log into the extension alone. I'm sure users will agree this is better in general for security.

    The Android version currently allows you to set custom DNS servers on a profile-by-profile basis. Windows has a single "custom DNS servers" setting that applies to ALL profiles.

18. VPN Status on Android Control Panel

    Instead of having the status of the connected VPN shown through notifications only. Can we also have the option to expand the quick connect button in the control panel of Android to show the status.

    I don't need to have it keep showing in my notifications but would like to be able to check once in awhile by swiping down to my control panel.

19. Add 'include mode' to the browser extension's Split Tunneling feature

    The desktop app has exclude and include modes for split tunneling, allowing you to use it as a blacklist or whitelist respectively.
    The browser extension only has the exclude mode.

    Given recent changes to the internet, selectively VPNing certain websites would be extremely helpful.
