  4. Add random connection button to Chrome extension

    Would it be possible to add a random connection function and button to Chrome's extensions, like the Windows apps have? Thanks.

    Because I need to keep changing IPs, and I don't want to use the same IPs again within a day.

  5. Make an official package for arch linux instead of the AUR package

    Why is there not an official arch linux package at this point? I think it would be awesome to just enter "sudo pacman -S protonvpn" in order to install it.

    It's not like arch linux is an lesser known operating system.

    Möglichkeit einen eigenen VPN-Server zu hinterlegen, auf den verbunden werden kann. Beispielsweise mittels Wireguard auf den Firmenrouter zu verbinden, um auf das Firmennetzwerk zuzugreifen.

  7. Multi server hop

    Currently using a service called portmaster that has a very interesting feature that mimicks TOR browser server hopping. Instead of offering a basic VPN service it jumps between multiple servers. Their service is called SPN. I think that is a very great idea and maybe proton VPN could implement something similiar, maybe as an advanced setting for extra privacy.

    Proto referral program! When someone comes from a referral link and creates an account, takes a paid VPN subscription, the user of the referral link gets a Paid VPN subscription at the time of their choice.

  11. Automatic Profile Switching

    I would like to have an option for Proton VPN to detect that I launch a game and thus automatically switch my VPN profile to "Gaming" (just an example name). And once I finish gaming, it should switch back to 'Default' profile.

    Is it even possible to tie 'NAT' and 'Port Forwarding' options to a Profile?

    This would be helpful so that I do not forget about the switching. I play online games and I would need a profile that has Moderate NAT enabled and perhaps Port Forwarding. Outside of gaming, I do not need those.

  13. Show dock / taskbar tooltip in Ubuntu

    Not all, but lots of programs have a tooltip on mouseover on the dock / taskbar.
    For ProtonVPN I had the wish of being informed on mouseover: "Connected to AB-CD#99".
    (Similar for ProtonMail "Connected: myemailaddress@proton.me")

  14. Have ProtonVPN app in the Mac App Store

    We would love to have this app in the App Store (some others have it), as for deployment we could save time and also make sure our users are always up-to-date.
    The deployment options here are not really existing and we don't allow our users to install applications by themselves.

  15. Self account completion

    It would be really good if we can create users and they get an email to complete their account (with 2FA for example).
    It's quite annoying for us to create their user accounts and share their credentials in a safe and convenient way.

  17. Needed features for IRAN

    Hi from Iran
    As an Iranian, I can confirm Stealth protocol is one of the rare protocols that is still working, many Iranians are willing to pay for the premium and Gift the premium version to the ones who can't afford it so that these features will be helpful:

    1)Crypto payment (it's critical!)
    2)Promo codes especially for people in Iran
    3)Add an option to buy the premium subscription and send it to another account as an gift

  20. Speed Limits for VPN (Split Tunneling)

    When using Split Tunneling (or regular) I need Proton VPN to have speed limiter so it doesn't eat up all the bandwidth.
