This feature have almost 5600 votes and still not on the proton team agenda ???? How is it possible ??? Seems critical for many of us !

I'm upgrading to "critical" now that I'm a paying customer. Nothing would streamline moving files between NTFS and EXT4 more than this!

This is probably the only proton app that actually needs an app instead of using the web. I cannot manually sync files. We need an app like MEGA has for Fedora/Ubunttu. Without it proton drive is basically useless. I am currently using a free account until a drive for linux comes out. Only then I can consider subscribing

All Proton products need to work with Linux by default.

Is there any update from Proton on this ?

Privacy by default describes linux and open source so we need to support that too

This is a "must have" feature! Please create a Linux client. Otherwise I can't use your services. (I've been using a Linux desktop since 2001)

This is very important as I use Linux for all personal files. Managing tons of files in the web UI is much more difficult than it is to have them available locally in Linux desktop

For information, there's an experimental community implementation called Rclone: https://rclone.org/protondrive/

I just want to +1. Long time Proton user and the only reason I am not using Drive is because it does not have a Linux client or any other [non-hacky] way of syncing files with the native filesystem.

That's a critical feature, and the only one I'm really missing to start using Proton as my main cloud drive. The most basic CLI client would be already enough to start with for many Linux users.

Need this desperately to sync docs etc with my Windows and 2 Linux pcs without relying on Google Drive.

I would love love love love having a linux client as it's my main workstation OS and working without it is such a pain syncing documents etc.
