Please, ios mobile user, vote for this request, the few votes may be the explanation why this request is still not completed. This feature has existed for Android users for several months, are we second rate proton users?

I've only just started using Proton Drive, and then immediately hit the barrier of not being able to access files synced from my computer on my iphone. If this company considers "coming soon" to mean more than a full calendar year, then this is not a tech company worth giving my business.

I am wondering if proton is still working on it. Idea submitted in 2023 and in the mean time they had the time to do all sort of updates EXCEPT this one (picture sync, shared files...).
If this feature is not comming out, I im thinking of stopping my subscription.
As said in other comments, for everyday life administrative tasks, this feature is essential. Without it, proton unlimited is useless.

Each tax and/or healthcare update season, I realize i must be on one of my desktops to access all my documents. This feature would really bring Proton Drive (et al) to par with "drive" applications

Seriously question why I am paying you guys all this money each month when such a basic function is missing. You have been promising this for over 2 years. Also, communication is pathetic.

Also wondering when this will come to iOS. Currently Proton Drive is useless for me

This feature was “coming soon” in March.. I recently switched from Android to iOS and I’m ****** that I can’t use this on iOS. I’m cancelling my unlimited subscription

Any ETA on the iOS app? This is becoming a critical feature for me

6 March 2024 you mentioned that this much expected feature will be 'coming soon' to IOS.
It's 9 months later now. An update would be highly appreciated!

Still waiting on "Computers" tab on the iOS app. Computer backup is the only thing I use Proton Drive for and being able to access my backed-up PC files on my iPhone would be a nice feature.

EDIT: I discovered a partial workaround... I shared the folder Computers -> [PCName] -> Documents with my wife's Proton account and she can see the folder under "Shared with me" in her iOS app. However, I don't see the folder under "Shared by me" in my iOS app. So even though I own the folder, only the person I shared it with can see it.

No communications on possible update regarding this topic...
In november 2024, still nothing...
For me it is an essential feature to get the 'unlimited plan'

Bumping this. I used Google Drive Desktop exclusively for the ability to access certain PC files from my phone. I transferred to Proton Drive assuming I could do the same, but... well here I am. In other words, Proton Drive is kindof useless to me if I can't make desktop files available to me offline on my phone (going through the web version and downloading them is a pain).

Hi Admin, any update on bringing this feature to Proton app for iOS? We're enjoying Proton Family so far, but this is the one limiting factor to renewing our subscription for years to come. We're not big fans of OneDrive, but at this time it does make syncing between iOS and Windows more seamless.
