Make it easier to clear local storage space. Some options to add:
Filter photos to show only those that are still on the device.
Sort by file size.
Select multiple photos/videos and delete local copy.

Another possible option: auto-delete local copies of photos and videos after X days, if they have been successfully backed up. (Do not forget to check for successful backup in all of these cases. Sometimes videos are not backed up for whatever reason.)
