chance and/or move existing sync folder on local PC

Change and/or move path of an existing Proton Sync Folder on a local PC, for example C:\User to D:\, due to shortage of disk space

    Apps like OneDrive let you point to an existing folder so you don't have to re-download everything. This would be especially helpful for people who have two local backups and an off-site backup (the "3-tier" backup system).
