I was very happy to hear about the document editing feature, it's the killer feature I've been waiting for to switch to ProtonDrive and abandon Kdrive !
But two disappointments :
- firstly, there's only a text document editing function and no spreadsheet (excel) or presentation (PowerPoint). I imagine this will come later, but why not rely directly on Onlyoffice?
- Secondly, it's not possible to use the document editing function with a user who doesn't use protondrive ! This drastically reduces the number of use cases, which is a shame...
Until at least these two functions are in place, unfortunately I'll be sticking with kDrive, which has these two basic functions built in.
