It would be interesting to be able to synchronize only "Folders" between devices.
For example, I have one device running macOS and another running Windows. On these two devices, files are stored locally in different folders, and therefore have different access paths.

For example, I'd like the "/Users/(username)/Documents/Work" folder on macOS to be synchronized on my Windows in "D:(username)(folder)Work - title", without having to use the "Proton Drive" folder created on each computer, which is synchronized on both devices, but this would require a complete overhaul of the file organization. In fact, I'd like to synchronize a dozen different folders...

We'd also need to add an option to ignore certain sub-folders that shouldn't be synchronized.

In the meantime, I'm using a "MEGA.io" subscription for which folder synchronization is possible. I know this feature is also available in other applications and I hope it will be available in Proton. Indeed, I don't think I'm the only one asking for this feature...
