Unable a selection of photographs or videos to be uploaded on proton servers and removed from ios devices to save space on phones

Unfortunately, that's currently an iCloud-only feature from Apple — it automatically removes local copies to save space while keeping them visible in the gallery. Third-party apps like Proton Drive don’t have the same deep integration with iOS to do that (at least not yet).
