Disclose weekly limits
At present, Lumo has a weekly limit on the free tier. The problem is, a user has no idea what this limit is, and only find out when they hit it. They also don't know what it'd reset. Proton should be providing transparency on this, not just a "surprise, you hit quota, buy or come back after some undisclosed period of time".

I hit this limit, and I would have to give the user interface a bad grade on this aspect of the design. When you hit this limit, you can't print you work to that point out, you can't even get Lumo to tell you when it will work again. When you get this message the only thin you will know for sure is that you have wasted your time.

Just when a person starts to risk actually believing that they are valued and can feel safe and respected as they are led down this less troden path, you suddenly and without warning fail to hold back the supple branches to allow us to pass unmarred, and the sting in the face of that backlash is staggering. The lack of transparency, forethought, consideration, and communication feels utterly out of charecter, and hints at the energy of security previously provided as having been nothing more than deception. Its a rude and shocking awakening. I would think thst this lacknof respect and consideration would be of upmost priority to address.

I've asked Lumo exactly what it's limit is...and the answer is...it depends. Not very helpful. So if it's imprecise, how about an analogue gauge that shows when you've plenty of fuel left, or half way-ish, or getting close to empty?
