For Neko: that is actually what i meant. I did not think about the risk of letting free accounts have the same access to Lumo training, but yours is a necessary addition. The other part, the "button", is what i was trying to say: i have a chat, an harmless one, and at the end i see this button, asking me if i want to let Lumo use the chat for training purposes, stripped of ALL what can be stripped to not reveal who i am. I can say "Yes" or "No", and that's all. If the chat contains something more that can reveal who i am, i will say "No". If the same thing can be obtained by "switching" with Proton Pass, then let's do that way.

For proton: all you need to do is allowing us to "use" proton pass to create an account where, when we go to lumo, change the "mode" (similar to ghost except this will switch between 2 "accounts").

This means that, despite me or other having Lumo plus, we can "Voluntarily disclose" such chats for training.

I will go next step:

We speak with lumo. Issues. We explain lumo, essentially doing this exact "training the AI". And when we start a new chat, this training is losed.

Now, imagen that, just like how ghost mods, the feature what OP ask, will insted switch us to an alt chat, except, lumo will intefear since it wants to check what should and must be censored (like swearing or prople's disability since some, like myself, need to be open about not being able to write correctly due to disability).

And then, that is not only a full (censored so no issues) conversation that can be used for training, it also is not only behind a "manually send" but also an ai who must confirm what to be actually "cross over" since this chat is purely for training purpuse

ALSO, i do NOT agree with OP on free accounts. The reason is simple, anyone who want to harm, or simiply are bored, or whatever reason, they will gain immunity to create issues.

A paid user? at least you have someone who was willing at very least to pay to a degree whatever nonsense they are about to do.

The account used MUST be one we created via proton pass.

Why? 100% PRIVACY!. I means that, even if we directly take part, not even proton will know who we are, email, nothing, meaning privacy is 100% <- did i make now more clear why i said, if free user can also take part, people who want to harm proton will abuse this and then what will the solution be? Proton checking our accounts? as in exactly what we don't want?

Because let me rewrite, i use such account and proton can tell my main account, well this means something is not as it shoud.

Secondly: via proton Pass we have a clear link for the following:

main account to verify our Lumo Plus without people from proton to "see who is who".

AND: that this means we, when we create this account, this mode, this option, we can be directly informed the risk and more.

People with malicious intentions can be warned that their account will be termined, no refund, if abuse (<- i assume Proton will give the option to report if this was done in error, like someone hacked the account).

And of course, our consent to parcitipate, since, we ARE ..,.

I talk with lumo. ISSUES! after ISSUES!

FInally lumo understood and i wish to send this to proton BUT there are mutiple major issues.

1st, copying the whole chat has a massive fault called: the thinking process. Not just manually open to ensure it get's copied, but all go through all the retrys i pressed.

2. People are most like extremly tiered and sich, so will NOT ask lumo to do a correct report, as in, factual, becuase it can't read the whole chat

3 people can't and will not send an email or otherwise to proton.

Now, if all this, we only need to press a button, and then, lumo know what it needs to do, no promps, no instruction, simple "do you want this part to be included" with maybe some "keep in mind" or "risk" or "privacy is disclosed but it's vital to ensure it's clear.

So on.

we separate main from this training data.
are warned
we are asked for consent
we are asked if we wish to participate
so on.

Ensuring no privacy is compromised, and since this is a "special account" it means we can use Lumo Plus, all the "beheviou" and such, similar to ghost mod.

I simple have added how i would have "attemp" to implemented what OP suggested, why, for what, so on.
