Bridge support for Calendar (Outlook, Thunderbird etc..)
Calendar accessible through protonmail bridge to use with native mail client

The ProtonMail bridge is quite useful for allowing old-fashioned me to access my encrypted e-mail from my favorite e-mail clients without having to resort to using a web browser. Also useful would be a ProtonCalendar bridge to allow me to use my favorite calendar application with my encrypted calendars.

a feature that allows to synchronize ProtonCalendar with Thunderbird Calendar

It would be amazing to be able to sync with MacOS Calendar (caldav) and MacOS Contacts (carddav) using Proton Bridge!

I would like to be able to access my calendar via Thunderbird (lightning plugin or lightning like plugin). This would emulate google calendar access.

Please make iCal support available via the bridge to synchronize the calendar with Thunderbird or other clients. Thank you.

Could not agree more! I use Evolution exclusively and would love to be able to remove my need for Outlook calendar support.

I completely agree, especially as a paid service. It is really unhelpful for scheduling appointments, integrating with Zoom etc. that we can't integrate the calendar with Zoom and it's making me think of finding another provider because I'm regularly scheduling meetings and I need something to make my work easier / not working across multiple calendars. Thanks!

I was also wondering if there was a plan to bridge the calendar like there is for email application hosts?

I'd love to have a sync feature, that can plug into Thunderbird Calendar (and I'm sure Outlook, or other app users would also benefit).

Add two-way Proton Calendar sync ability with Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc.
Is it possible to add the calendars to Proton Bridge, so we can use a desktop mail client to manage and update our calendars?
It would be great to be able to manage my Proton Calendar next to calendars from other accounts (for example my work calendar) from within the same desktop mail client.

I gave 3 votes: this is an essential feature for Google Calendar and Contacts! No way I can effectively use these apps if I cannot sync it with my preferred apps.

1. It would be great to be able to sync calendar data across to applications like thunderbird possibly using ProtonMail bridge.
2. It would be very helpful to be able to fetch events from e.g. a Google Calendar (for some of us work/family are still using google, and regardless I don't think Proton offers any kind of calendar sharing which is relatively essential for a lot of people). -

Sync with Thunderbird Calendar via Proton Bridge (just like you can sync mail)

Please make Proton Calendar compatible (if possible) with Outlook 365. Since ProtonMail works via Bridge couldn't Calendar too?

I would really support this and hope it gets priority. With Proton Bridge it is possible, to manage emails and accounts nicely with clients such as Kmail or Outlook. But what good is it for, if you cannot sync and access calendar events and contacts? Sure you can use the local calendar and contacts, but then it is not synced.
I think that especially for organizations, etc. this is kinda an important feature. Maybe it should be possible to sync / include at least calendars from own domains?

Integrate with Thunderbird or other Mail Software using CalDav via ProtonBridge.

As one can access ProtonMail from non-native apps (like Outlook or Evolution) via the ProtonBridge, so it seems a good idea to be able to access ProtonCalendar in those same non-native apps via a similar mechanism, namely a Bridge-like equivalent for Calendar -- or perhaps an extension to the ProtonBridge that also handles Calendar items, Contacts, Tasks, Notes, etc.
So, the ultimate goal would be for complete access to ProtonX (X=Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks, Notes, etc) via a Proton-Uber-Bridge that allows for suitable apps to interface with Proton (such as Outlook on Windows, Evolution on Linux, etc). I hope you can see the larger idea in play here.
Perhaps this is already part of the long-term roadmap. if so, great! If not, please consider making such access to ProtonX apps possible in this way. Thanks.

I use Outlook to access ProtonMail for email, it would be far more useful if I could also use Proton Calendar in Outlook.

This would be brilliant! I'm a bit disappointed to see this hasn't got more votes. I hope this would get prioritised before many of the news features being added. Those who depend on the bridge for email would quite likely equally cherish a similar way to integrate their daily calendar!

A feature that uses the same idea like the ProtonMail with ProtonBridge, but with ProtonCalendar so you can use Thunderbird syncronized with it.
