Shared calendars - two-way sync (read/write between Proton, Office365, Google)
I use Protonmail for my private calendar, but Outlook/Google for work. I would like to have Proton Calendar integrated in e.d. the Android native app so I have all my calendars in one.

I think this is a great idea! I use Fantastical on iOS as my main calendar application and I'd love to integrate ProtonCalendar into this. I think if Proton decided to adopt CalDav or start partnering with other vendors this would be possible

This feature would be really useful. Is there a way at least to "show" the calendars that have been shared from other sources ? We have a common room schedule on googlecal and being able to follow it on protoncalendar would absolutely be a game changer for organizing personal/professional stuff. I know I can import events, but it means the calendar cannot be updated

This is whats stopping me from using proton cal, I cant see my school (google), work (outlook), and personal (icloud, soon to be proton) at the same time

Yes, please!! Sharing it is great, but we'd like to be able to edit our common family calendar and not creating a different account for this... Thanks!

Good lord, how is "dark mode" a more urgently requested feature than this? This is an absolute necessity for anyone who wants to see all their calendars in one place. Why would you want to have to open multiple apps to get a sense of what you've got coming up? This is what I've been waiting for, and until that feature is present unfortunately Protonmail calendar is a non-starter for me. Pleeeeease implement this so I can finally ditch the gmail calendar which does this extremely well (unfortunately) :-/

Not just share but give the entire family edit abilities on the family calendar etc.

When I import an event from someone else's Google calendar, I need my view of that event to be automatically updated (or deleted) in my Proton Calendar whenever that event is updated in Google. That is, importing of an event update from Google must update my copy of that event in Proton, not create a new one.

Yep. Allowing one to sync other calendars in ProtonCal or sharing "busy" times in your ProtonCal would be great.

Would be great to allow Google calendar -> to appear in Proton calendar. Letting Proton show Google calendar (or iCloud calendar) is probably not a security concern (letting Google calendar show Proton calendar would be a concern, IMHO, so only let it go one way)
I think they would need to implement CalDav to do this. BusyCal (as 3rd party calendar for Mac) works with existing Google, iCloud and other calendars via CalDav and it's great.

That could be useful but surely there'd be security implications?

I use google calendar with friends and mac for personal. It would be nice to see all of them at the same time , yet continue to share to google calendar.

Agree to that, a sync fonction with all calendar will be intersting.

You can already do this. You have to go to Google calendar and export it. Then open PM Calendar and import the file.

It would be nice if one could choose to synch their Proton Calendar events with someone else, even if they use another platform such as Google Calendar. My wife and I currently share our Google Calendars with each other so we can keep aware of each others itinerary. I don't know if this could be done without sacrificing security though.

I have the same request. I don't need the Proton calendar to be all things to me, just need to be able to hook it to one of the more mainstream calendars like MSN or Google. Thanks!

having the proton calendar entries show up in google calendar seems defeating the purpose, however, about to show google calendar in proton calendar would be nice. google calendar supports an integrated calendar with a public url, proton calendar could support the same integration. also, if it can replace google calendar as default, that'd be perfect.

I use Mac Calendar to sync all my calendars (works and personal).
Being able to sync Proton Calendar with it, would make it very useful... after the Notifications are implemented, obviously. -

I would agree both suggestions are different. One should be a setting on the event level, and one on the calendar level
