Calendar Reminders/Tasks with Checkboxes
Adding a task checkbox to an individual calendar item that can be viewed in day/week/month views and activated in agenda would greatly help to manage and track task-based items like financial dates each month, similar to how Apple reminders works with repeating tasks, only incorporated into the calendar.

I'd add, allow different types of tasks with different color codes for categories that the user can create and customize. For example, pink for personal, green for finance, red for critical

yes, or just a general Proto Reminders app linked to the calendar or not like Apple Reminders or Google Tasks, with the same functions but encrypted (of course).
