This is a great suggestion. Creating a Student plan or let them join ProtonMail Plus for free while being a student could be a good way of getting long term supporters.

Ya I'm also a student and I would like to subscribe if it comes below 1000 Rupees (INR). But as of now it is too costly aroung 3500 rupees. Please reduce the subscription price so that more user can enjoy premium features and your donations also goes up. I thing this type of student discount strategy will definately improve the user experience.

I love using protonmail and would totally pay for the additional features, but as a student it's a little tough to justify.
Would there be a chance of student discounts?
