Id like to install a digital signature certificate and a 2 factor authentication key on a small usb flash drive that has both micro b and full size usb options. I could then plug the key into my phone and my desktop depending on where I'm sending mail from. It would be great if proton would issue these certificates amd setup the drive for use by the program. Also, this probably needs to be secured in such that a compromised phone cant steal the keys or intercept them directly on the device. (or have some sort of self destruct like smart cards in case of brute Force attack.)
Also... Logging in directly with this key would be awesome. Let's say you need to give reporters secret intel but don't want to risk them configuring something wrong. They could just go buy a new device, go to the webiste, plug in the key you give them and voila, they are now in a completely secure environment with Completely secure communication.
