Reply from Simple Login Alias
If an email is received via forwarding from a simple login alias, I want the ability to reply to the sender through the proton email web client without leaking my proton email address. Currently, email replies originate from my proton email. Emails received from a simple login forwarding alias should default to the simple login alias in the 'Sent From' field if I reply to the email.

This is still happening!! What gives?! If it's 'really' sending thru my alias why does it load with my mail email addy that I'm trying to hide? Why do I supposedly have "10" aliases that are still useless when I reply?? What's up with that? This is the reason I'm only paying for the basic features. Why pay for more if the ones I'm using aren't working? Even if I have 'unlimited aliases' if they're useless when I reply, why pay for more useless aliases? I see where some have said to enable "Reverse Alias Replacement" for Simple Login setting. I have been to my settings but have not seen any such permission.

It does work for SimpleLogin contacts but this isn't immediately visible in my proton mail client it shows my actual proton address as the sender.
Is there a way to have it show the alias? -

If I well understood… Just check the Simple Login settings and enable "Reverse Alias Replacement". That should make the job…

Absolutely. I was thinking about this the other day. The "Hide My Email" aliases are pretty much useless if you are required to reply back. They get your real email. Bit of a joke when you think about it. It is only useful if you are certain it is a one-way communication.

Could proton provide a updated tutorial on this? I notice a lot of spam in the spam folder and a notice to get simple login a third party company and I would prefer that proton manage all the tunneling instead. should I use today what extension simple login or proton pass? I want my clients to know my e-mail and not scammers asking for fake invoice payments. thank you

The answer you sent actualy from your proton email don't go for your destinate adress bu to a simple login alias, who understand you want send an answer with your simple login alias to original adresse of your destinate.
This feature it'd already on live, you can test with your personal mailbox
