How can we improve our accounts settings, payments or plans?

Advanced Securitiy Logs

I want an advanced version of the current "Security Logs".
This is different from the "Enable advanced logs" option.

What I want to see in this log is (by column order):

  • UTC/My location based time and date that follows the ISO 8601 format
  • IP Address (Also an indication of if the IP is home/VPN/ProtonVPN/Tor/Proxy, etc.)
  • Country/City name
  • App Name (With detailed info. Web version should specify the device OS and browser type. Android and iOS version should also specify the version and etc.)
  • App Version
  • A detailed version of the event
  • Filter result

This log system should also have features such as:

  • Customizable ok/suspicious/danger filter
  • Viewable in iOS and Android version of all apps
  • Alert notification by Email/App/Phone etc.
  • and many other stuff.

Such improvements will make people feel safer.

    Nice idea—advanced security logs would really help users feel safer and track activity better. Simple but useful feature. Also reminds me how fast updates come, almost like Kolkata Fatafat speed 😄 https://ffkolkata.tv/

    About the logging part, EVERY single one of the things you mentioned (except timezone) are already logged when you enable Proton Sentinel.

    But I agree with your other ideas about custom filters, notifications etc.
