Interesting idea, an APK like meet and zoom.

I would Like to see a privacy oriented Video calling and communication app like Google Meets, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom. But without the tracking and also being based in the same location as protonmail would mean its secure and safe to use.

With companys like Microsoft, Google, Zoom etc there should be an alternative video call app. I think this a most needy thing in the Proton Community. It also got a complete sense to have a Proton keyboard so other key logging apps like G-Board, MS Swift-Keboard, etc in the Privacy oriented Proton ecosystem.

It would be really helpful to be able to set up a Google Meet event within the Proton Calendar OR even have a Proton version of Meet which would feel even more secure!

Proton Voice / Video Calling solution for creating seamless experience for customers to exchange the information via communication channels

#1 Voice and Video Calling solution providers Protoon

There are other such providers like, Mumble, Discord, Apphitect, MirrorFly & Sendbird

Proton alternative to Google voice, Google meet/zoom, and notes would be amazing.

As Posted in Protonmail user ideas. This is deeply necessary. https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/945460-general-ideas/suggestions/43892508-phone-number-alias-masking

I would LOVE a Proton secure option for a phone number to replace Google Voice.

Yea

Proton Meet, a video calling alternative to Google Meet and similar

Useful information, thanks for sharing the article. https://coimobile.com/dixmax/

A proton video calling proton chat proton email proton drive proton pass a proton VPN proton phone would be a great truly all I want to communication app because I run my own business and I've been using zoom and RingCentral and my email is through proton and I'm kind of tired of using multiple services I haven't have an email to zoom but it's not really cutting what I needed to do for my business

This is already a planned idea. Please support this thread so all votes/comments are compiled. https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/945460-general-ideas/suggestions/7255107-proton-chat-messaging-app

This has now become a high priority. Signal messenger can't be trusted, at least not in the U.S. A public figure recently shared about how their Signal account was tapped and the gov. didn't deny it when confronted.

I found this post very interesting and informative. Thank you for sharing your special thoughts with us. I definitely share this with my peeps.

People really wanting this should remove their votes here and add them to https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/935538-other-payment-methods-products-etc/suggestions/32646004-protonmail-messaging-app instead, as that suggestion has already attracted 680 votes as of May 9, 2022.

Video chat that works across any device or operating system. Like farce time, but any device, and private and secure.

Not sure if this is helpful to you, but jitsi offers end to end encrypted video calling, which is the sort of thing I would expect from ProtonMail, should they offer it. e2e encryption on video is, of course, quite heavy, so expect some small delays when enabling it.

There is a corporate solution with support, called 8x8, which is also available on https://meet.jit.si if you are not wanting to use the "free" version

Make a service like Google Voice but for Proton, I love to contact clients or other people in the world but I simply do not trust using a Google product nor giving out my own personal number. Have it included in the payment monthly for protonmail, or make an additional smaller charge ($3-5), would really like to see a service like this though behind your encryption safe for us as users to keep our privacy maintained even through use of texting/calling people. Maybe even add encrypted texts between protonmail users, etc.

I own a business that uses a lot of video calling, and we use a lot of different Video calling services trying to figure out which one is best. I have not really found a great one yet... But i was thinking, "If Protonmail would make a video calling service, it would be perfect to have all of my services including email, video calling, etc. in one place!"

It is the most interesting information for us. I can say thanks from the bottom of the heart for continuous efforts from You. Win $1000 with https://patronsurveys.com/www-survey-walmart-com/
