I would like a shortcut for printing an email (mac os). In IOS, we can configure a "create pdf" (or similar) button, so we can export/print emails to pdf fast but, in macos, you have to make 2-3 clics to do the same.
For those who export pdfs for archive or work out of email client, it would be useful.

I agree that the print icon should be permanently visible. It is a pain to have to pull it out from a menu.

To store emails offline I use the Print function to save as a PDF. Unfortunately the Print function is tucked away behind the icons menu triple dot button above each mail. This is a rather cumbersome time consuming action to save emails at the moment. Is it possible to have either:
- a permanent print button in the icons menu above each menu
- make the icons menu above each email customizable so that the print button can be added by user's individual choice
- make a shortcut to print an email
- add a print button next to each email in the Inbox, Sent,..., etc email overviewEither of these would improve the speed of printing.
