Add a check for updates button in desktop apps

As it is right now, you have no way of knowing if the app is checking for updates or not.

The apps are always automatically checking for and updating themselves (on Windows & macOS) -- if unsure you can always reinstall the app and compare version numbers before and after, however you will receive app updates regularly across all of our apps by default.

    Hi @Proton, I'm missing the "check for updates" button too. Majority macOS apps have it. Just curious, why it's a bad idea to have the "check for updates" button in Proton macOS apps?
