Bad Proton Mail UX
Proton Mail has multiple glitches that significantly reduce the practical utility of this email service.
- After years, Proton refuses to persist the Unread filter across inbox refreshes, new Web browser tabs, and application relaunches. Gmail does NOT have this unnecessary UX problem. My first experience opening Proton Mail immediately upsets me, every time.
- Sending emails often takes many, many seconds to complete, compared to other email services. Sending emails with Proton Mail feels sluggish.
- After several months of using Proton Mail, I discovered that dozens of my emails hadn't actuall been sent, they had all been stuck as drafts. This breaks down communciation with people I need to communicate with reliably.
- The Drafts section really needs a counter displaying the number of unsent messages. To highlight the fact that messages weren't actually sent.
- Bulk delete operations on drafts don't actually process. A page refresh shows the same drafts are still there.
Instead of cosmetic reskins, please just fix any of the hundred bugs in this platform.

During a long commute home I was searching for something informative to pass the time and found this news site by chance. I was just reading about the appeal of celebrity gossip and how it offers a personal and relatable connection to the public, despite the difference in lifestyles. If you're in India and need a dependable source for everyday updates, https://newsrush.in/ delivered nicely. I spent quite some time reading the business section. Since discovering it I keep coming back for more.
