I want to be able to access my open tickets (requests for help)
I want to be able to access my open tickets (requests for help) to evaluate its contents and status, so that I can get track and monitor my tickets and status.

I came here to add this, and I see someone else has the same issue I do. If I have a support ticket on file with, say, the government super-computing center, I can pull up a copy of that trouble ticket and view all support comments on it and answer questions about the problem as necessary. I'm pretty sure there are standard packages for managing support tickets that do this--why not install and use one?
