Offline mode not working if connection is blocked
In some countries all or most Proton services are blocked. If you travel there and need to access your proton pass client or browser extension, it's not working and as Proton VPN or other VPNs are blocked too there is no way to use the tool even if the offline setting of the password manager is activated. The only way is to really turn off the wifi on the laptop and then the password manager detects that you're offline and let you access to the desktop client or the browser extension.
An expected behavior would be more than after trying reaching the Proton servers the client timeout and let the user access the offline mode if enabled and not force the user to disconnect from the internet. An other option would be to have a button or a manual way to say "work offline".

Offline mode exist @joelcomet117 but it's not working if you're online but in a country blocking Proton services (so offline of proton cloud).

Something like this would be very useful for me. An offline mode in general would be appreciated.
