Have chat or phone support for mail and calendars
Have a chat or phone support to be able to resolve issues or answer questions on the spot instead of it taking several days.
The possibility to have a conversation would allow much faster resolution and much easier onboarding for new clients.
One email every 24 to 72 hours means it can take over a week to resolve something and customers are stuck until the next email.
In my case it has been 9 days, and I just realised the solution confirmed as valid despite my doubts, by CS in today’s email seems to actually be moot, delaying me again of an other 24hours at least.
