Anonymous Blog Hosting
Staying anonymous online is the reason that I use Proton products. For people that would like to create a blog for whistle-blowing purposes or for reporting things happening in the workplace is very difficult with existing blog hosting services. Most of the so-called "free" blog sites are either in countries with poor privacy policies or limit the features for a free account. For those of us that do not use crypto, this is a problem. Privacy Pass is a protocol that allows people to cryptographically prove they have access to a service without revealing who they are. I think Proton could be able to use this in really cool ways, for example to prevent Proton from correlating Proton VPN activity to users, or to use SimpleLogin aliases without Proton being able to correlate the alias from the original email.11 votes -

Apple Intelligence can ask questions to Lumo
Similar to how Apple Intelligence currently has an extension for ChatGPT, there would exist an extension for Apple Intelligence to instead ask the question to Lumo.
This may be more of an ask on the Apple side, but since it would most likely involve both parties, the idea should be broached in both places.

Create Virtual Hosting Services

Extend labels, nested folders, and smart linking across all Proton apps
Proton Mail currently supports labels and nested folders, which are very useful for organizing content. I would love to see this extended across the entire Proton ecosystem:

Add support for labels and categories, to better organize entries.
Enable nested folders, such as "Work > Clients > Logins".
🔸 Proton Drive
Add labels and categories for files and folders, just like in Mail.

Pin favourite Authenticator codes
It’s be great if I could pin my favourite Authenticator codes to the top of the app (maybe just the icon, then I could tap to show the code). Assuming more sort options come along, having this feature would be beneficial to always have these frequent ones easily available.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for Drive, Pass, and wherever applicable
RBAC would be useful for personal accounts (i.e. families) but particularly for businesses in which role assignments are standard management and security practice. I'm not sure what the most user-friendly way is to handle the CRUDing of roles or similar operations, however, I think it should be possible to smoothly integrate this in the current experience.

Change year
I'd like to be able to select and change the year (in the top bar and on the side panel) and get there easily. For example, an annual review or conference, a vaccination reminder at age 10, etc.

Archival options for deceased or otherwise historically significant accounts
There's an internet activist who's on the way to expose serious community and structural scandals in a well-known encyclopedia platform which could very well become another Epstein moment if they got their wish. In anticipation of that they said on X that they're gonna voluntarily donate their web accounts and so on for congressional investigations and subsequent archival preservation one day.
