Unified Application
Create a unified application platform to access all Proton features via a multi-OS application (Windows, macOS, Linux [Flatpak]).
I'm thinking functions like:
1) Workspace-like application with tabs down the left side for each application (Mail, Contacts, Pass, Drive, VPN, etc..)
2) Option to toggle individual apps on/off if the user does not want to include specific ones.
3) Option to pop-out individual apps
4) Configurable timeout/lock for the app platform. Should include pin, password, biometrics, security keys
5) Themes
6) Application-based encryption to protect cached app dataTake a look at Zoho's Trident application, there are some decent ideas/designs there.

Let users choose which emails trigger notifications (by sender, recipient/alias , label, or folder)
User story:
As a Proton Mail user, I want to CONTROL WHICH EMAILS TRIGGER PUSH NOTIFICATIONS so that I’m only alerted about messages that require my immediate attention.
I want to enable notifications only for certain senders, recipients/aliases, labels, or folders, so I don’t get distracted by unimportant emails.
I also want the option to REVERSE this logic—receiving notifications only for emails that aren’t labelled or sorted, such as personal or unexpected messages.
Ultimately, a filter system for notifications, giving users the same flexibility they already have for organising their inboxes.
This would make notifications more relevant, REDUCE NOISE, and…

OneNote style Journaling platform
It would be great to have an encrypted version of Microsoft’s OneNote through Proton. The journaling features and organization of notes isn’t fully matched through Proton Docs but I’d definitely love to see some form of Proton Notes/Journaling platform for encrypted notes. Also, please, have a dark mode by default built in!

Incorporating private journaling into the Proton ecosystem
Current, existing mobile journaling apps demand access to personal details. This new feature would be a value add in-line with ethos of the Proton, and a beneficial for user who have multiple journaling needs ranging from mental health related daily journaling to daily note taking needs.

Proton Find
New physical product and app, like the Life360 Tile™ where you can connect it to the App and see the location of the product. Make your own app with a map and put it on IOS and Android. maybe even some different localizer shapes, like a Credit Card style localizer, or the classic Tile look. If you ever do this, which I doubt, make it available on big online Stores like Amazon where we can get it. I'd buy this if it's really private, vote if you would too

Add a chat feature for unusual problems
Sometime things come up which are unusual and difficult to characterize. A chat feature (even an AI generated one) would be helpful.

Proposal: A Unified "All-Inclusive" Plan with Lumo Plus & Multi-User Options
Hello Proton Team,
I am writing to strongly suggest the creation of a new, unified subscription plan that bundles all Proton services—including Lumo Plus—into a single, affordable package.
Currently, the separation between the core privacy suite (Mail, Drive, VPN, etc.) and the AI assistant (Lumo Plus) creates a barrier for users who want a complete privacy ecosystem. Having to pay for a family plan (like Duo or Family) and then purchase Lumo Plus as a separate, additional subscription for each user makes the total cost prohibitively high for many families and individuals.
My specific proposal:

Add in app Face ID for Lumo App like in Proton Pass
The Lumo app doesn't have in app Face ID like Proton mail and Proton pass, which might be a concern to some Users. This would improve security by a lot!

Proton Keyboard Inspired By Swiftkey
I’ve been thinking that a Proton keyboard would be a total game-changer. Imagine something with the sleek design and smart suggestions of SwiftKey, but built by a team that actually respects privacy. It would be great if the app allowed us to toggle data storage for word predictions on or off, so we get the convenience of a smart keyboard without feeling like our every keystroke is being tracked.

A small picklist of favorites of email recipients at the top - just tap to pick a regular recipient.
Especially on a phone, rather than trying to type in an address until it differentiates from recent, have a user configurable number of favorites (including zero, which prevents the favorite section from showing up) to choose from. Additionally, allow a user defined grouping: eg selecting my "hikers" favorite autofills the To, Cc, and Bcc fields with predefined recipients.

Drag, drop, and resize calendar events
Would love to be able to drag and drop calendar events to quickly shift times, and resize the event rectangles to grow or shrink durations. Aligned to 15 minute interval grids. Like Google Calendar.

Proton QR Code Generator
I have been researching QR code generators. What I have been looking for is a bit "anti Proton philosophy", but this is exactly why this might be an idea for you.
It would be nice to have a QR code generator service that allows for some simple analytics which do NOT break privacy (if that's even possible). Of course, it must be based on a zero knowledge structure so that even Proton can't access the data.
In short: It would be cool to have analytics without sacrificing privacy (again, if technically possible).Maybe Proton can pull this off with all…

A videocall app comparable to MS Teams
No email ecosystem can nowadays exist without a videocall app.
Having to rely to external apps means setting up a calendar, copying the url etc.It would be easier to have a Proton videocall app.

Proton Pass should have permanent storage even for inactive accounts
Vault (password manager) data are critically important and can't be lost, losing vault data is losing all access to all things.
Some vault software such as Bitwarden has the permanent storage even for inactive accounts, and that's the supposed-to-be way.
There are these 2 situation:
- User using both Proton Mail and Proton Pass
- User using only Proton PassFor the first situation
- User will access email everyday and the inactivity rule never applies
- And thus Proton Pass data are sure thereFor the 2nd situation
- User may use Proton Pass for access, eg. web
