Ok so I had the same Issue. But could do it with their provided CSV template, just took me a bit of time to get it right. Hope this helps you, so you don't have to experiment too much. So the uploading of the Template worked fine, but as soon as I filled it in with my data and exported it from Apple Numbers or Excel it did not work. Turnes out it was a CSV with a semicolon as a dilimiter not a comma (you can check in a plain text editor). So I changed the language settings of the macbook to usa and then the export from pages gave me a CSV with Commas. I checked it in the "TextEdit" of the mac and checked if it assambled same as the template. In my test, Pages put in also the title of the document into the first row which broke the import so I just deleted it out in the TextEdit but if you don't tick the option while exporting it works fine! Hope that helps someone!

As they don't include Norton on the list, I had to use the Generic csv option. DIDN'T WORK., Don't know what to do, as the instructions don't go far enough.

I just purchased Proton Pass taking it for granted, that migration from Norton will be easy... Unpleasant surprise...

I've been asking for this feature since the release of Proton pass. 3 years ago? No progress at all. I doubt they're even looking into it.

I´m using the Norton password manager and want to move to Proton Pass, but if I export data from Norton into CSV format, importing it to Proton Pass doesn't work. It imports empty items due to an error, saying the lines in the CSV were broken. I checked it out, and it was a valid CSV file. Please also add support for Norton import.

I can't even remember how long it's been since I subscribed to Proton Pass, and I've still never been able to use it because I can't import from Norton. I've used Norton Password Manager for years, but would really like to migrate to Proton Pass.
