    Ok so I had the same Issue. But could do it with their provided CSV template, just took me a bit of time to get it right. Hope this helps you, so you don't have to experiment too much. So the uploading of the Template worked fine, but as soon as I filled it in with my data and exported it from Apple Numbers or Excel it did not work. Turnes out it was a CSV with a semicolon as a dilimiter not a comma (you can check in a plain text editor). So I changed the language settings of the macbook to usa and then the export from pages gave me a CSV with Commas. I checked it in the "TextEdit" of the mac and checked if it assambled same as the template. In my test, Pages put in also the title of the document into the first row which broke the import so I just deleted it out in the TextEdit but if you don't tick the option while exporting it works fine! Hope that helps someone!
