Dark and Light Themes for Proton Pass Windows Desktop App
I am unable to find how to switch to Light Mode for the Proton Pass Windows desktop app. My Windows 11 is set for "Light Mode," but the Proton Pass desktop app remains in dark mode, which is hard for me to see.
There should be a user option within the app to switch between Light and Dark modes.

This is phenomenal! So much appreciation for a Proton dev team that listens and responds to the feature requests we users put out there.

Yes! Thanks to the Proton team for implementing this.

A light mode is critical enough to me that I likely won't use Proton Pass until it's implemented.

When my Windows 11 in dark mode and I run the Proton Mail app, I see several white flashes before the Proton Mail UI is loaded.
Also, Email bodies have white backgrounds.
Look at the "Outlook (new)" (Windows Mail) app as the example of correct implementation of the dark mode.

Offering a choice of dark or light mode is a UX no-brainer. The Mac app was a big disappointment after using the mobile app with light mode. It just makes sense, especially if you take accessibility issues seriously.

Dark background is extremely difficult for those who are older or have a degree of visual impairment. 1Password will have to remain my default manager on Mac until a light theme for Proton Pass becomes available.

I too find the "forced" dark mode extremely difficult to use!

It would be great to have both dark and light theme in Proton Pass, and users can choose any of them at their convenience, or based on the system preferences.

Either follow the system settings or give the option to have a light mode.
